StarLight Creative Arts Center is thrilled to provide inner-city youth members within Virginia Beach, Virginia the opportunity to take an exciting pilgrimage through the world of creative arts! On this journey, students will participate in fun-filled visual and performing arts classes. This will allow students to explore the areas of visual and performing arts; learn to enhance their creative capabilities; and, see those skills transform their interest in the arts, as well as have a positive impact on their lives.
